외국인의 주거용 부동산 구입을 금지함.
corporations, trusts, or other legal entities 등을 통해 구입하는 것도 금지.

이를 위반하는 외국인을 고의로 지원하는 개인 또는 단체에도 처벌 적용함.

위반 적발될 경우 코트 오더로 강제 매각할 수 있으며, 이 경우 판매 가격이 매입 가격을 넘지 못 함.
난민, 배우자의 경우 예외 적용됨.
